Yes. Every product is checked before dispatch and covered by our quality guarantee. If it arrives faulty or damaged, we replace it or refund you in full at no cost to you. Your rights under the Australian Consumer Law always apply on top of this.
Do I need an electrician to install it?
Hardwired fixtures such as chandeliers, pendants, ceiling lights and wall sconces must be installed by a licensed electrician, as required by law in Australia. Cordless and plug-in lamps need no installation.
How long does delivery take?
Orders are processed in 1–3 business days and usually arrive 6–12 business days after dispatch. Shipping is free across Australia and you will receive a tracking link by email.
Will I pay anything extra on delivery?
All prices are in Australian dollars. Orders with a total value up to A$1,000 arrive with nothing extra to pay. Orders over A$1,000 may attract import GST, customs duty and processing fees, payable on delivery. See our Shipping Policy for details.
What if it doesn't suit my space?
You can return unused items in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery. Email support@nordnoble.com and we will send you the return instructions.
